We work with artisan workshops that use responsibly sourced timber, recycled metals, water-based finishes, and minimal packaging. Many of our wooden instruments are crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed hardwood, and we offset all shipping carbon emissions.

What is your return policy?

You've got 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Damaged or faulty items get free return shipping and an immediate replacement. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
